Cozy Access for Business
Cozy Access is an access control system designed for parking lots, garages, hotels, camps, residential buildings, and office complexes with high vehicle traffic. It streamlines and automates access to these facilities.
How does Cozy Access work?
At the entrance of the parking area, LPR cameras are installed for license plate recognition, along with terminals featuring monitors and a Gate Keeper device that allows users to open gates or barriers via the app.
The administrator (parking owner) has an account to manage the system and access rights—assigning access to specific locations, determining the duration of access rights, and controlling the number of entries per day, as well as the barriers the user can access.
Users can register through the website or app and can enter and exit the parking area using their license plate or a QR code if the camera fails to recognize the plate.

Advantages of the Cozy Access System
Cozy Access is a secure system built on protected protocols, offering complete control over entry and exit activities, all of which are transparently recorded in a log. Since it operates without cards, remote controls, or tags, the risk of misuse or manipulation is significantly reduced.
Cozy Access is also highly efficient, as users need to be registered in the system only once. Everything else functions automatically through the app or website, saving valuable time for both administrators and end users.
What does the Cozy Access system offer?
If you choose to use automatic parking payment through the app, you can park without any delays, avoiding paper parking tickets, waiting to pay at a parking meter, or dealing with an operator. You’ll only need to use the app during installation, after which you can forget about it.
Administrators can add multiple managers to a single parking area, for example, in lots used by several companies or residents in a building. Each manager receives a separate account to manage their own parking spaces.
Cozy Share – employees at the company can reserve their parking spots for specific times instead of having the parking manager do it. This option incurs an additional fee.
Live monitoring – operators can view cameras at all gates, and LPR (License Plate Recognition) allows them to grant vehicles one-time access to the parking area, which is revoked as soon as the vehicle leaves.
Integration with existing HR systems, notification or booking systems through API, as well as conventional payment systems like toll booths and manual payment.
Cozy Share
The Cozy Share module simplifies the allocation of parking spaces among multiple employees. It is designed for companies that have more employees than available parking spots.
Employees enter their desired parking dates and times, after which Cozy Share allocates parking spots based on a selected procedure (either by priority or ‘first come-first served’).
All eligible users have a calendar view of the parking space allocation. Users can cancel their reserved spots at any time, which will then be assigned to the first person in the ‘waiting line’. Notifications about parking space assignments are sent to users via email.
The advantages of the sharing app include: reduced administrative workload for managers, better organization of access rights allocation, and fewer conflicts among employees.
